Questions about Build to Print +

What does Build to Print + mean?

We build to your drawings and BOM, and we add engineering support: design for manufacturability, NPI, testing and inspection, supply chain management and certified processes, from prototype to production.

Will you review my design for manufacturability?

Yes. Our engineers work with yours to improve part design, simplify assembly and reduce risk. DFM reviews catch costly issues early.

What testing and inspection do you perform?

Functional and in-circuit testing, dimensional inspection with CMM, manual and visual methods, and cleanliness verification for clean room builds.

Do you manage the supply chain?

Yes. We run a hybrid supply chain, local and global, with long-lead forecasting, inventory management and supplier audits to protect your schedule and quality.

Do you wind coils in-house?

Yes. We hand-wind coils in-house for specialized assemblies and legacy components.

What volumes do you support?

Low- to mid-volume, high-mix production, from a handful of test units to thousand-piece builds.

Which certifications do you hold?

ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 for medical devices, ITAR registration for defense programs and UL508A for industrial control panels.
