What’s your favorite part about working at AE?

“As a longstanding employee at AE, my appreciation stems from the dedication and contributions I’ve witnessed from my colleagues. Not to mention the culture of our company, which captures the core values of what AE stands for and continues to be one of my favorite parts of working here.”

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned at AE?

“I’ve learned the lesson that in developing strong teamwork, collaboration, communication, and respect are essential for working toward a common goal. In addition to fostering professional relationships, we can all make a significant impact by boosting productivity and morale. At AE we promote our core values and strive to model them through our daily function.”

What’s the best career advice you’ve received?

“A close mentor once said: If times get rough—keep pushing forward, keep building relationships, and building your network. Don’t get discouraged by setbacks; work to evolve. Continuing to build healthy relationships is an investment that could pay off in the end.”
